The excitement is too much for one day! Victoria Wood Presents will be released on 21 May this year (two days after VW's birthday) - 54 this year. This is her collection of six comedy plays featuring her repertory cast. My favourites are Mens Sana... and Val De Ree:

...so I spent all that money importing used video tapes of these programmes and then transferring them to DVD but I DON'T CARE. I'm buying the DVD anyway although my partner will give me a blast, no doubt.

He's not as mental a fan as me, but he will watch Dinnerladies serially until comatose. Last night we watched S1 Ep 1 for the gazillionth time. Best scene:

"She should have cleaned her freezer out a bit more often"

"Oh, turkey baster. I thought it were a job"
